We share personal data only as needed to run the Service, with processors acting on our instructions, including: our cloud hosting provider (servers located in the United Kingdom); our crypto-payment processor; and the exchanges you choose to connect, which receive instructions through your API keys at your direction. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal data.
Because we are established in The Bahamas while our hosting is in the United Kingdom and our users include EEA residents, your personal data may be transferred across borders. Where we transfer EEA personal data to a country without an EU adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum where relevant). You may request information about these safeguards via welcome@dynamictrading.ai.
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations or to resolve disputes. Encrypted API keys are deleted when you remove them or close your account.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to: access your personal data; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict or object to its processing; data portability; and, where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise any right, contact welcome@dynamictrading.ai. We will respond within the timeframes required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption of exchange API keys at rest, one-way hashing of passwords, encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to review our security regularly.
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact welcome@dynamictrading.ai and we will delete it.
Where required by Article 27 GDPR / UK GDPR for controllers established outside the EEA/UK that offer services to individuals there, we will designate a representative. Representative details: [TO BE CONFIRMED — see note for the operator].
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version with an updated date. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice.
For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact welcome@dynamictrading.ai or write to Dynamic Trading Ltd, Lyford Cay House, Western Road, Nassau, The Bahamas.
